The 22nd NIOHC meeting in Yogyakarta was held in a hybrid manner, opened and closed by the Pushidrosal Commander, Rear Admiral TNI Nurhidayat as Chair of the NIOHC.
The meeting was attended by NIOHC member countries including Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Oman, Australia, Pakistan, Egypt, Thailand, England, Malaysia, and Indonesia as the host.
According to Danpushidrosal as Chair of NIOHC said, NIOHC was given the mandate to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of hydrography and establish regional coordination, carry out joint hydrographic surveys in areas that have not been properly surveyed, and coordinate hydrographic resources in the region.
