Humanitarian aid to Turkey is more than 11 tons |
Jakarta, Indonesia News : "Perform the task as well as possible, adjust it to the tasks of each team. Take care of your health and keep safety first," ordered the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (Kasau) Marshal TNI Fadjar Prasetyo, to the flight crew involved in the mission of sending earthquake aid to Turkey.
The humanitarian aid from Indonesia departed for Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, (11/2). The two Indonesian Air Force aircraft used are Boeing 737-A-7308 Air Squadron 17, Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta and C-130 Hercules A-1326 Air Squadron 32, Air Force Base Abd. Saleh Malang, East Java.
The Boeing A-7308 was flown by Major Pnb Arief M. Hakim carrying personnel who were members of the Medium Utility Search And Rescue (Musar) and the Emergency Medical Team (EMT). And the C-130 Hercules A-1326 was flown by Lt. Col. Pnb Yudi Bandung. Logistical assistance weighing more than 11 tons was transported by Hercules and part of the Boeing A-7308, in the form of raincoats, boots, blankets, food and medicine.
